Air Curtain Refrigerator
Ideal for tray assembly lines, the versatile air curtain refrigerator allows the operator easy, reach-in access to prepared and portioned foods while the refrigerator door remains open. Temperatures will remain HACCP compliant up to 45 minutes with door open.
Each Dinex® Air Curtain Refrigerator cabinet is internally supported, braced and assembled into a single rigid unit. The cabinet door frame and liner, sides, top, back and complete inner liner are constructed of heavy gauge polished stainless steel to maintain an attractive appearance after years of heavy use. Foamed-in place polyurethane insulation throughout the cabinet and doors ensures the ultimate in energy efficiency.
