Bulk Retherm Cook-Chill Cart

The Perfect-Serv II bulk retherm cart is the fast and safe way to rethermalize. Dinex presents a combined retherm oven and refrigerator system that allows cold storage and bulk rethermalization on one attractive cart. The versatile cart will hold chilled food at 34°F/39°F (1°C/4°C) and then rethermalize it at meal-time, or as pre-scheduled on a 7 day timer.

The Perfect-Serv II Cart can be easily transported from the kitchen to the serving area, or each location can be serviced using the Transport Service Cart with pre-loaded pans

Cook-chilled or frozen bulk food with the Dinex Perfect•Serv II System

The Perfect-Serv system utilizes state-of-the-art heating technology to raise the temperature of the loaded oven to a programmed setting determined by the user. It is designed to reach a compartment air temperature of 325°F/163°C in 10 minutes, with a maximum setting capability of 400°F/204°C. This ensures the fast attainment of safe food temperature levels and elimination of harmful bacteria. .

Cook-Chill Technology

The combined retherm oven and refrigerator allows chilled food to be stored at HACCP-safe temperature and then rethermalized with the press of a switch, or as pre-programmed on a 7 day timer.

Transport Dolly & Cassette System

Perfect-Serv Dolly

The Perfect-Serv Transport Dolly allows food pans to be setup in the kitchen and easily transported to the Perfect-Serv Cart. The cassettes are secured to the Transport Dolly with a simple yet effective foot operated spring latch device. They can then be protected from contamination by the optional supplied opaque vinyl cover. Upon arrival to the PSII Cart, the Dolly is guided into location through Cart hardware, the Cassette lock is released and the Cassettes are easily pushed into the Cart compartments.
