For products that are within the warranty period, please call or email the Dinex Service Department. For products that are out of warranty, please use the Service Locator utility, or call for the nearest Service Agency in your region. Service is available within the continental USA.
Dinex also provides parts for older SECO® base and plate heaters as well as a full line of parts for SpringPak® dispensers. (Please call for information regarding parts availability for specific models.)
