The Solar Insulated Tray System is designed for facilities that require the maximum flexibility of a fully insulated round plate server. Full thermal insulation between all seven compartments allows trays to be individually suspended without major temperature variation. The Solar model is the only round plate server which allows the option of an internal entrée dome cover. Solar's low profile rests only 1-5/8" above table surface.
